Rapidfile Media is operated by Enzonic LLC ("we"). We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws. This policy supplements the Rapidfile DMCA policy and the Terms of Service.
Designated agent
Enzonic LLC — DMCA Agent
Email: admin@enzonic.com

Filing a notice
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is fine).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if several works are covered by one notice).
- The exact Rapidfile link(s) of the material — the share page (
media.rapidfile.cc/v/…or/i/…), embed link or direct link (cdn.rapidfile.cc/…) — so we can locate it. - Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Incomplete notices may delay action. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please consider fair use before sending a notice.
What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material — the share page, the embed and the CDN file — and notify the uploader with a copy of the notice (your contact details may be included so they can respond).
Counter-notice
If you believe your file was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the link where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Enzonic LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers and remove their uploads. We consider the number of valid notices associated with an account, whether counter-notices were filed, and other relevant information, and we may act on a single instance where appropriate. Terminated users may not open new accounts. See also section 6 of the Rapidfile DMCA policy.
Other problems
For content that is illegal, abusive, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware or phishing, use the report form and choose the right reason. We act on those reports without requiring a DMCA notice, and report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC.
