Pricing questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 GB of storage and 100,000 CDN requests a day, with no card needed. Upgrade only when you need more.
What is a CDN request?
Each time a browser loads one of your files from cdn.rapidfile.cc counts as one request. A page showing three of your images to one visitor uses three requests. Requests reset every day.
Do paid plans remove ads?
Yes. Any paid Rapidfile plan removes ads for you everywhere on Rapidfile, and Media plans also remove ads from the share pages of your uploads for your viewers.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once a year and cost the same as 10 months — you get 2 months free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account page. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted automatically. If you are over the Free storage limit you will not be able to upload more until you free up space or upgrade again.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Cards and the local payment methods Stripe supports in your country are accepted.
